The Revive Group will work with clients to meet their individual business objectives. In addition to advancing wellness goals, WellCare programs create a powerful communications channel for organisations to reach their populations.
Marketing and Promotion
Revive Group takes an active role in ensuring the success of its Healthy Living Programs, using proven marketing and promotional strategies to launch programs and encourage registration and ongoing usage. For instance, the weekly email reminder has an average click-through rate of 37 percent, and more than 80 percent of WellCare members use the email reminder to log into their weekly program. These strategies have produced participation rates among our direct clients averaging above 40 percent of eligible users, exceeding industry norms. When promoted as part of an incentivised plan, WellCare's programs have achieved participation rates above 60 percent.
Customer Care and Reporting
Revive Group's customer care is an integral part of the user experience, providing quick answers to all phone and email inquiries. The customer care team provides Revive Group's clients and partners with quarterly reports detailing usage of the programs and specific areas of activity, along with communication tools to cross-promote other health initiatives.
