Staffed by highly experienced nurse practitioners who are specially trained to diagnose, treat and prescribe for a wide range of minor illnesses and injuries, provide vaccinations, prescriptions and health checks. The health condition management and monitoring programs help patients diagnosed with diabetes, asthma, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and mild depression manage their conditions more effectively. Preventative health programs help patients that want to lose weight, quit smoking and be more active. All services are provided in collaboration with the patient’s GP, pharmacists, allied health or specialists. Revive Clinics are also conveniently located in pharmacies where you shop, such as selected Chemmart, Healthetc, Amcal, Prescriptions Plus, Friendlies, Soul Pattinson and Guardian Pharmacies.

If you can’t get to a doctor during work hours, the Revive Clinic NP after hours has been uniquely developed for 24 hour pharmacies. It allows busy people to access no appointment health care at selected pharmacies.
